We Love Our Clients

Highly recommend AReal Property Hawthorn! As a tenant, I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Amanda Zhou and Shing Choo. They are incredibly professional, helpful, and always quick to assist. Thank you for the great service!"

Steven wang Big thanks to Steven for helping me secure one of the best apartments in the CBD! From the rental application process right through to vacating the property, everything was seamless and professionally handled. Steven was always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience stress-free. I would definitely come back to him again when I'm looking for another property in the future. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased a home through The Areal Team and could not speak more highly of our experience, especially working with Kaan. From the very beginning, he was incredibly easy to deal with, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us through the process. Kaan’s knowledge of the local area was exceptional and gave us a lot of confidence when making such a big decision. Nothing ever felt too hard, communication was always clear, and he made what can normally be a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. You can tell Kaan genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. We’re extremely grateful for all of his support and would highly recommend both Kaan and The Areal Team to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

A big thank you to Bella - she has been fantastic to work with! She is friendly, easy to communicate with and super responsive to any questions I’ve had during the leasing process! 😊 …

Demi is an absolute delight to work with. From day 1 of getting in touch for a rental appraisal to leasing out my property, Demi was on top of all communications, very responsive and caring. Definitely recommend Demi & the team at AReal to anyone who is looking to lease out their investment property. You will be in safe hands :)

Demi and Benita at Areal South Morang have been fantastic in helping me lease my new home. As I live interstate and this is my first investment property, I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the entire process. Demi attended the handover inspection with my builder on my behalf and managed everything from key handover through to my tenants moving in. The property was only listed for a few days before being leased, which was an excellent result.Benita has also been extremely helpful, professional and responsive, always getting back to me promptly and keeping me informed throughout the process. I am very happy with the service I have received and would gladly recommend Demi, Benita and the team at Areal South Morang to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

I had a great experience working with Ayda as my agent for Unit 12, Princess Street. She was professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Ayda communicated clearly, kept me updated at every stage, and handled everything efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best outcome were evident from start to finish. I highly recommend Ayda.
