We Love Our Clients

I had a smooth and wonderful experience. Especially with Ayda Badri and Demi. They made things so easy for us. They should probably get the best staff award because they really deserve it.

I had the pleasure of working with Demi to lease out my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of the rental market. What impressed me most was how quickly she achieved results. Within just two weeks of the first viewing, she successfully secured a great tenant for the property. Her ability to attract genuine interest, manage inspections smoothly, and carefully screen potential tenants showed her dedication and expertise. I would highly recommend Demi to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager or leasing agent.

We have had the pleasure of having Ranjit Singh being our property manager for our investment property and we couldnt recommend him more highly. He is responsive, goes above and beyond the call as a regular agent and in particular, helped us in ways you couldn't imagine in transitioning from landlord to owner occupier. If you are looking for a managing agent for your property, go no further than AREAL and Ranjit. Should change the name to UNREAL property management. Thanks Ranjit for being such a great agent.
