We Love Our Clients

I’ve been renting through Areal Property for almost two years, and my experience has been excellent. William Feng is one of the most responsible and professional property managers I’ve ever dealt with. He is always responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It’s clear that he takes his work seriously and really cares about providing a positive experience for tenants. I’ve really appreciated his professionalism and support throughout my tenancy. Highly recommended!

The entire team at AReal Property areby far the most professional and supportive agency I have ever worked with as a tenant. My Property Manager in particular, Bella Torres, made sure all tenancy processes were streamlined perfectly. I was blown away by her warm approach and impeccable standards and approach as an agent. I could not recommend AReal more for your future property needs!

I was a tenant for several years in one of the properties which was previously managed by another agency, when AReal took over I was assigned Joshua Hellyer as my property manager. Communication with him was great, very clear, prompt reply, very understanding when I had questions or concerns. Excellent customer service and attention which is something not easy to find in real estate as a tenant.

I’ve had a really positive experience with our property manager Bella Torres. She has been exceptionally responsive and understanding throughout our tenancy, and communication has always been easy and professional. Overall, we’ve felt well looked after and would happily recommend them to other tenants.

As a renter, I have to say that I've never felt compelled to leave a positive review for an agency - but Lindel at AReal is an exception. Kind, compassionate and RESPONSIVE, she was a total dream to deal with. Thank you so much Lindel, and to AReal for being such a professional team.

My experience with this company has been seamless 8 years and. I never had a problem with staff or any apartment issues. They were very prompt with any kind of enquiry.
