I was a tenant for several years in one of the properties which was previously managed by another agency, when AReal took over I was assigned Joshua Hellyer as my property manager. Communication with him was great, very clear, prompt reply, very understanding when I had questions or concerns. Excellent customer service and attention which is something not easy to find in real estate as a tenant.

I’ve had a really positive experience with our property manager Bella Torres. She has been exceptionally responsive and understanding throughout our tenancy, and communication has always been easy and professional. Overall, we’ve felt well looked after and would happily recommend them to other tenants.
