I have had a great experience working with Jessica and Rio at AReal. Even though we had some rushed timeframes to work with, the whole process has been incredibly smooth. As someone who has never rented out property before, they have been patient and explained everything along the way. I was a tenant at a property managed by AReal. Great experience! We had one tricky and urgent maintenance request. It was managed swiftly and professionally. Ayda was such a pleasure to communicate with and all the inspections were done thoroughly (cool 3D camera footage) and quickly with little disturbance.
