We Love Our Clients

William was fantastic in helping us secure our rental home. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and he was always willing to assist with any questions. Highly recommend William and A Real Property for anyone looking for a rental property.

Demi from AReal has been amazing with handling our property and any concerns or questions around it. She has also been great in getting us sorted and moved into the new house seamlessly. The process has been quite new to us, both renting our own property out and then renting somewhere else. As quite a fussy person paying alot of attention to detail and communication, I've been really impressed with the level of efficiency and care shown by Demi. Thank you as always, appreciate all your help!

A renter's life can be... rough. If you don't know what I mean, go check out Purple Pingers! As a renter who has lived in several properties managed by different agencies, I cannot recommend Ayda Badri at Areal Property Real Estate highly enough. Renting through this agency has been exactly what renting should be: organised, professional, friendly, easy to communicate with, and, most importantly, fair. Fair to the homeowner and fair to the renter. There were no unnecessary hoops to jump through, no confusion, and no surprises. From the very first inspection, I was pleasantly surprised by Ayda's friendliness while still maintaining a high level of professionalism, a balance that not everyone manages well. Throughout the tenancy, everything was predictable and straightforward. Communication was easy, and whenever an issue arose, it was handled promptly and professionally. It's refreshing to be able to report a broken appliance without any stress, only to have action taken immediately to resolve it. My rent remained reasonable throughout the tenancy, and any changes were discussed openly and communicated in advance. This is exactly how renting should be. Thanks, Ayda. We wish you all the best in the future, and if we ever find ourselves looking to rent out a property, you'd be my first call.

We had a really good experience with Mike from Areal Property during our tenancy. He was always welcoming, easy to talk to, and made sure our requests were followed up properly. He helped make the whole tenancy much smoother and we felt well taken care of. Thank you Mike for your support.
