I was surprised to be told the inspection window was between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., which is unusually long and quite disruptive. In my years of renting, real estate agencies have always provided a reasonable window—usually about an hour. However, Shing Choo was very considerate; he sent an SMS when he was 30 minutes away and was respectful and tactful in asking permission to enter the property and take photos.

Lisa and Warren from Areal property went above and beyond to facilitate the sale of our property. Lisa was always approachable, friendly and patiently answered our many questions. She kept us updated on all the open homes and the progress of the sale.
