Excellent real estate agency to rent through thanks to my experience with my property manager, Jessica Dossis. Jessica is so lovely to deal with and always gets back to me efficiently with a solution to any problem or query I have. Highly recommend her to manage your property! - Sophie

Fantastic agency to work with. Rented out our previous townhouse through Bella and have just bought a new property with Kaan and they have both made everything so seamless and incredibly easy for my partner and myself. Great company and people!

Recently moved into a new place, using Ristic Real Estate for the first time. Bella Torres has made the transition so smooth and easy, she is so friendly and always so quick to answer all my questions.

I cannot thank Kaan, Mark and the Ristic team enough with the recent sale of my property. Their communication and professionalism was outstanding. I would definitely recommend the Ristic team to anyone buying or selling a property.

I would like to thank the team at Ristic Real Estate for looking after the sale of my apartment in Bundoora. I found them to be very professional and to Mark for contacting me after each inspection keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Ristic Real Estate and their friendly staff.

I have been with Ristic for over 5 years and have never looked back, there is not a single negative thing I can possibly think of when it comes to this real estate agency. It gives you a family owned vibe where the agents and their service go the extra mile. I was especially happy with Georgia who facilitated the management of my investment property and Emma who has been my property manager. Emma's communication, friendliness and thorough updates are more than any investor could hope for.

Jacinta and Bella were so helpful and professional throughout my rental application. I was updated daily on my progress and advised of my application being successful straight away. I highly recommend the staff at Ristic Real Estate .

Kaan and the team were an essential part of our decision. They supported us every step of the way to purchase our home. The aftersale support was just as good to see how we transitioned to our new home.

We have been renting with different agents in the past and can say our experience with Ristic is paramount. Our property manager, Emma Wyld, is amazing. Diligently following up on any outstanding issues, contacting the landlord where required and overall communications with us is amazing. Thank you, Ristic, and in particular, the lovely Emma.

I’ve been renting with Ristic for over 2 years now. My property manager Bella Torres has been amazing. She’s very warm and kind I enjoyed working with her. Honestly she’s more like a friend, I love her energy. Very professional and smart. This is my last month working with her as I’m moving but best wishes I hope you have an amazing future. You deserve the best! 💗🌷
