We Love Our Clients

From beginning to end, my experience of being looked after by the team at Ristic has been exceptional. Mark and Kaan and the team provided regular updates, keeping me informed of buyer interest, marketing, maintenance, and everything involved in selling a home. They were reliable, acted with integrity and honesty, answered all my questions, and communicated very well. I had the feeling all the way through, of being in good hands, which, in the end, was reflected in the sale of my home. Thank you to the whole team!

I had recently purchased an investment property in Lalor and spoke to a few property management companies. Ristic definitely shined as I started speaking to Nadine who is a Head of Property Management and a down to earth person. Even before the property was settled I was given a detailed instructions to bring the property up to standard in accordance with the tenancy laws. Nadine was always available and very responsive whenever I reached out, and would remember each detail related to my property and circumstances. I was then transferred to the Senior Property Manager Emma who is equally responsive and provides detailed responses on individual aspects of the property maintenance which helps in decision making while ensuring a good balance of tenants expectations and ROI.

The office staff was friendly and efficient in dealing with the details required for the final settlement.
