We Love Our Clients

Kaan and the team at Ristic Real Estate are an absolute dream to work with, I couldn't recommend them high enough after they sold my parent's home. The customer service and communication were second to none and wowed our family. The friendly easy approach is unlike other agents we've dealt with. Thanks, Kaan and team it was great working with you and I look forward to selling our home with you in the future.

I had a good experience with leasing my property. Fantastic team to work with - professional, prompt with communication and following up on actions. Highly recommended. My go to real estate agency in the northern suburbs.

Excellent Service and Professionalism from Kaan – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful experience working with Kaan during the purchase of our property. He is an enthusiastic and highly efficient real estate agent who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kaan was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were well-informed and comfortable at every stage. If we decide to buy or sell property again in the future, Kaan will be our first point of contact to explore opportunities. His professionalism and dedication are truly commendable, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service in real estate.

Excellent knowledge, honest and reliable! Thankyou Kaan and team for helping me find the perfect home for my family and I. It is truly appreciated and thanks for all the support.

I have been renting with this agency over 2 years and Emma Wyld is my property manager, she’s so kindhearted and helpful throughout the whole process, she is the best!! She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely care about tenants. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive property manager. She’s amazing!!!

Fantastic agency to work with. Rented out our previous townhouse through Bella and have just bought a new property with Kaan and they have both made everything so seamless and incredibly easy for my partner and myself. Great company and people!

Excellent real estate agency to rent through thanks to my experience with my property manager, Jessica Dossis. Jessica is so lovely to deal with and always gets back to me efficiently with a solution to any problem or query I have. Highly recommend her to manage your property! - Sophie

Have had my property managed by Ristic for several years now and they have been thoroughly professional throughout. From our initial dealings with Fusun and Kaan to our current manager Jess we have been very pleased with the way they have looked after our property especially when we had a particularly difficult tenant eviction. Having recently sold the property would like to mention the fantastic work by the sales team, from the initial decisions with Kaan, also including Christie Barnes who kept us well informed of what was happening but especially Mark Lombardo who literally sold our house in a weekend with some amazing bartering with several prospective purchasers. Thank you

We purchased our home through Ristic Real Estate, represented by Mark Lombardo. He was very honest, professional, and supported us throughout the process of buying the house. He was always available and accommodated all reasonable requests. I highly recommend him to be consulted for sale/purchase matters. Thanks, Ab - Pakenham
