Best property management company we've ever worked with! The management of our property was transferred to Areal earlier this year when our previous property management company closed. We had a tenant who was not paying rent and continued to stay in the property despite multiple attempts to reclaim the property. Sallie did an amazing job with getting our property back, coordinating and organising all the cleaning/numerous repairs/safety checks and successfully leasing out the property. Throughout this process Sallie provided her expertise, advice and was very responsive to any communication. It was communicated to us when repairs were organised, when they were completed, attendance at the open homes, the condition report Sallie provided is the best I've seen and much more that we always knew what was happening. It has been such a pleasure working with Areal and Sallie and we trust that they will continue to manage our property well.
