Sallie was helpful throughout the lease transfer process on both occasions. She made the entire process smooth and easy to navigate, and was prompt in responding to questions. I appreciate how she explained the lease transfer fees ensuring everything was transparent. Thank you, Sallie, for your support!

I had a fantastic experience with AReal Property Hawthorn, especially with Steven. If you’re looking to rent or buy a property, I highly recommend reaching out to him! Steven was professional, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The service from the very beginning was thoughtful and thorough, and communication was always quick and clear. The move-out process was also extremely smooth and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently, which made the entire experience stress-free. Overall, 10/10 service. Whether you’re buying, renting, or looking for a reliable property agent, definitely go with Steven. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service from Areal Hawthorn team I had a wonderful experience with Shing the leasing spwcialist and property manager Amanda. Shing was very patient and professional throughout the property inspection and took the time to show me around the house and answer all my questions. Amanda, the property manager, was incredibly easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. She made the entire application process smooth and straightforward, and everything was settled within just one day! I was really impressed by the team’s professionalism, responsiveness and amazing efficiency. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a really positive experience with AReal Property and Steven Wang. My first rental through Steven was an apartment with an amazing view in Docklands, and I recently rented another apartment in Melbourne CBD through him. Steven has always been friendly, professional and very responsive throughout both rental experiences. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he was always helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Having had two great rental experiences with him, I really appreciate his support and would definitely recommend Steven and AReal Property to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful property agent in Melbourne.

I do not often write google reviews but must do so solely because of one agent. I have been lucky enough to lead and support me. Thank you to William Feng who has been nothing short of incredible. He has stood out from the multiple agents i work with across portfolio. William was assigned at a time that was particularly precarious in landlord experience. He led with ease, professionalism, integrity. An absolute asset to Areal. Thank you

Mr Shing Choo was really nice and accommodating. He was very patient with all our questions and took the time to make sure everyone understood. Really appreciated his support and approachability. :)))
