We Love Our Clients

I had an excellent experience selling my apartment with Dave and Alan. The property was listed on 6 August, with a signed contract by 11 September and settlement on 31 October — a great result in the current market, both in terms of time on market and the final offer achieved. Throughout the campaign, Dave and Alan kept me well informed with weekly video updates and messages, explaining how my apartment compared with other listings and what was happening in the market. Their clear communication and honest insights gave me real confidence to make the right decision when the right offer came through. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Dave and Alan to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and proactive sales team.

As the owner of the property, I can confidently say that Steven has never let me down. He manages my property with true professionalism and is always responsive and reliable. I appreciate the care and dedication he brings to his work. Five stars for you and the entire Areal Team – thank you!

As an owner, Michael Zhang has been absolutely outstanding! He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. Communication was always clear and prompt, and he went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Michael for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service — truly a five-star experience!

I bought my property through Lisa, who was absolutely fantastic. As an investor, I really appreciated how much information she provided about the area and the complex, and she even sent me multiple video walk-throughs. Lisa was so easy to communicate with, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she truly went above and beyond. I’m already looking forward to buying more properties with her! Renata and Velia are also helping manage my properties, and they’ve been incredible to work with. I moved one property over that hadn’t been managed properly before, and Velia has been on the ball from day one; following up with insurance and keeping communication super clear and consistent. Renata is helping get my new purchase ready for rent, and she’s been amazing. From completing the final inspection on my behalf to organising quotes, repairs, and listening to my concerns, she’s made the whole process stress-free. Communication is fast and easy, and she’s so reliable and lovely to deal with. Every time I thank her, she says, “It’s my job,” but she really goes above and beyond in doing it. I feel so confident having my properties managed by the AReal Hawthorn team.
