We Love Our Clients

I’ve had such a great experience working with Sallie You from AReal Property Hawthorn. She’s been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. I recently went through the process of re-leasing my property, which involved finding new tenants and sorting out a few issues like replacing carpets. Sallie guided me through every step, gave honest and practical advice, and always kept my best interests in mind. She worked really hard to find a tenant quickly and made what could’ve been a stressful process so much easier. Sallie’s communication is excellent — she’s always prompt in replying and keeps me well informed. I truly appreciate her expertise and proactive approach. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property manager!

I had a great experience with Areal Hawthorn. The team was very professional and helpful throughout the process. I’d especially like to thank Michael Zhang for his excellent communication, patience, and support. He made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their service to anyone in Melbourne looking for a reliable real estate team!

Areal Property has been great to work with. Shing Choo visited today to inspect our home and was warm, professional, and thorough—arrived on time, explained what he was checking. He treated our place with respect and made the whole process easy. Our property manager, Sallie You, has also been excellent—responsive, organised, and proactive with communication. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I recently inspected a property with Noah and was impressed by his professionalism and genuine interest in helping. After the inspection he took the time to ask me what I was looking for and would get back to me, something I rarely experience with agents. This was a thoughtful and pro active approach that really stood out. Well done Noah!

From the moment Alice took over managing our property, she’s been nothing short of exceptional! Her communication is prompt and clear, she’s incredibly helpful, honest, and always friendly. It genuinely feels like she’s been managing our property forever — that’s how seamless and reassuring her support has been. As interstate investors, having someone we can trust so completely from afar is absolutely invaluable. Alice and her team give us total peace of mind, and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your property manager, you’re in great hands! If you’re looking for a new property manager, we couldn’t recommend Alice enough!

We have a good experience with Areal Property for 2 years. They are professional, responsive, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any issues or questions I had were addressed promptly, and I always felt valued as a tenant. Thank you to Michael Zhang for being a good agent to us and I highly recommend him for his great service during our tenancy.

Outstanding property management from A/Real (South Morang) A/Real Real Estate in South Morang has been exceptional in managing my Melbourne rental. From day one, their communication, professionalism and care for both landlord and tenants stood out. A special thank you to Ayda Badri for her meticulous attention to detail. Ayda ran thorough viewings, screened applicants carefully, and balanced tenant needs with landlord expectations. Her follow-through made the process smooth and stress-free. I also want to thank Demi Georga for her strategic approach to marketing and inspections. Demi coordinated the campaign, timing and presentation perfectly—securing a quality tenant quickly even when the market was flooded with rentals. She consistently aligned expectations on both sides and kept me updated with clear, actionable advice. Maintenance has been handled promptly, documentation is transparent, and vacancy time was minimal. I feel confident my property is in safe hands. I highly recommend A/Real Real Estate (South Morang)—especially Ayda and Demi—to any landlord seeking reliable, high-performing property managers.
