We Love Our Clients

I had an excellent experience with Areal Property. Rio was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole process as our property manager, always following up quickly and making everything smooth. Steven helped us by conducting the inspection with great attention to detail and answered all our questions clearly. Thanks to both of them, we were able to secure our new home efficiently and with confidence. Highly recommended!

Michael Zhang is absolutely amazing! I’ve rented for years and never met an agent this professional, responsible, and responsive. He goes above and beyond every single time — no waiting, no chasing, just pure efficiency and kindness. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Michael Zhang provided an exceptional level of service throughout the entire process. He was professional, efficient, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His knowledge and dedication made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking real estate professional! Shing Choo came by for my inspection and he was incredibly professional, friendly and respectful throughout the visit.

Both Rio Bond and Kevin Sun were great in helping me to secure renters for my property. They were so easy and friendly to work with especially as it was my first property

Rio Bond is my agent for my property representing Areal Property Hawthorn. He is responsive, humble, and showed great promise and great customer service. We are happy to engage Areal Property for our rental of our apartment in North Road, next to Monash University.
