I recently had a routine inspection with my property manager Steven and leasing specialist Shing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were very supportive and flexible when it came to scheduling, which made the whole process stress-free. Shing used a 365-degree camera during the inspection and the photos captured every detail so clearly. The process was fast, efficient, and very professional. Both Steven and Shing were incredibly supportive throughout, answering questions and making sure I felt comfortable. Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and the way they go above and beyond. I’m genuinely enjoying my experience with this team and highly recommend them.
