We Love Our Clients

Have been with Areal for almost 4 years, changed with three property managers, have quite bad experience with the first one, but lucky to have Steven Wang later, he is truly the best, very friendly and professional, always there to help, thank you Steven.

Bella is an exceptional property manager. As a landlord, I feel completely confident knowing my property is in such capable hands. She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Bella to any landlord looking for a reliable and dedicated property manager!

I cannot recommend Ayda Badri and Areal South Morang highly enough! Ayda is an absolutely amazing property manager who is always on top of every issue and handles everything with professionalism, care and efficiency. She is incredibly hardworking, responsive and always available when you need her. What really sets her apart, though, is that she genuinely cares—not just about the landlord, but also about the tenants. Ayda is a wonderful human being at heart and truly understands the responsibility that comes with being a property manager. She doesn’t leave things to guesswork, follows up properly, communicates clearly and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Having a property manager you can completely trust gives you enormous peace of mind, and Ayda delivers exactly that. Highly, highly recommended! If you are looking for exceptional property management in South Morang—or anywhere across Melbourne—I would strongly recommend Ayda Badri and Areal South Morang. You will be in excellent hands!

Ayda managed my property for the last 4 years, and has gone above and beyond property management. From regular inspections, to prompt updates of any repairs or maintenance required, she was communicative at all times. Despite challenges along the way, I knew that Ayda always had my interests at heart as a landlord, and did everything with professionalism and support. I could not recommend Ayda, or the team at Areal Property South Morang more highly.
