Promised and fulfilled.... can't find people those days who respect their words and fulfil their commitment... my beautifull 5 bed rooms 3 bathrooms 2 ensuites property located at 8 Acmena court in Blossom Park ( Mill park) Sat in the market for 6 months not leased in a market that is hugely competitive when you wont be able to find a rental property in such location at all ... purely because the old agent did not care ... and did not do the right marketing ...which ended up in a loss of more than 20k in rental income which would be easily avoidable if the old agent fulfilled their commitment. Demi Georga from first national realestate made 180 degrees change ... she called me expressing her concerns about this beautiful built expensive house located in Supreme location sitting in this volatile market for such a long time ... knowing that i never met her before and never gave her my contact number I was totally suprised with her phone call ...there was nothing wrong with the house itself neither with the price advertised...it was purely the wrong marketing strategy that the old agent followed leading to this poor and bad outcome. In less than 3 weeks Demi found us a tenant at the price advertised and expected for such beautiful housen ... which was higher than the price old agent advertised and marketed for ...made new add photos , actively and personally presenting in the house openings ... sometimes twice in a day... to ensure she answers all questions and to ensure finding the right tenant... at the end she fulfilled her promise 100% .. she was professional and polite... and took in consideration all factors that a reasonable land lord will expect when leasing his property.
