We Love Our Clients

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Peter Zhang for his outstanding support. He demonstrated a genuine commitment to my interests that went far beyond basic professional requirements. During difficult moments, his professionalism and patience were exemplary. He worked collaboratively with me to find optimal solutions for every issue. The reliability he offers is rare and highly appreciated. His service quality, responsiveness, and proactive approach are second to none.

Awesome experience with the agency. Kind and amicable service. Shing Choo and Mike Lu have been very respectful and easy going. They have made the restan process very easy to navigate by being always present and attending to my needs.

I’ve had a really positive experience with my real estate agent Shing from Areal throughout my rental process. He was consistently professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I’d also like to acknowledge Michael from Areal Hawthorn who was equally helpful and supportive! Both of them worked efficiently and handled any questions or concerns promptly, making the whole experience much more comfortable. It’s clear they both take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. I would highly recommend Areal Hawthorn to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and supportive real estate agents.

Lisa and Warren from Areal property went above and beyond to facilitate the sale of our property. Lisa was always approachable, friendly and patiently answered our many questions. She kept us updated on all the open homes and the progress of the sale. Lisa cared about the presentation of the property and went beyond requirements to make sure prospective buyers had the best impression of our apartment. We would highly recommend Lisa to anyone selling their property. Dianne

I was surprised to be told the inspection window was between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., which is unusually long and quite disruptive. In my years of renting, real estate agencies have always provided a reasonable window—usually about an hour. However, Shing Choo was very considerate; he sent an SMS when he was 30 minutes away and was respectful and tactful in asking permission to enter the property and take photos.

Ayda is by far the best agent I’ve ever worked with! Truly exceptional and always going above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she makes sure my properties are maintained and presented to the highest standard. She’s proactive, reliable, and takes real pride in her work, treating my properties as if they were her own. I have complete peace of mind knowing she’s looking after everything. Highly recommend!
