I was initially sceptical when proactively approached by Ayda to see if I would meet with Demi regarding taking over my properties. Our then property managers had been substandard with issues not handled well and requiring significant follow up on the most basic things like maintenance invoices, late arrears and condition reports. Furthermore, they were about a 20-30 minute drive from where our properties are located and I thought a local RE would be better. Since changing over it doesn't feel like I'm managing the property anymore, like it did. Turns out her proactive approach is indicative of how she and Demi manage the properties. Issues are addressed on the spot. They're not afraid to travel to sort things out and I don't have to keep chasing to understand where things are at. Rent is now always kept upto date and they are also very helpful in organising good trades for maintenance. I haven't even physically met them yet due to geographical distance yet our properties have been in safe & competent hands.
