They had advertised my property and organised an open for inspection as soon as practical, also they sent me a report after every inspection. To minimise the vacancy time of my property, they even went extra miles to conduct further inspections simply because the applicant hasn’t paid for the bond or not willing to move in sooner than expected. On top of that, I don’t have any issue getting in touch with the property managers - I always receive a call back if I don’t get through to them straight away.
