We Love Our Clients

Michael has been a great property manager- responsive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the leasing process and handover for sale. His communication was excellent, making the entire experience smooth & stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable & efficient property manager.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Steven, Michael, and the entire Areal team. I’ve been a tenant for a while, with Steven as my property manager, and recently, the owner sold the property, and I need to move out earlier. Fortunately, we found a new home through Michael and successfully secured it, thanks to the seamless communication between Steven and Michael. The entire process was incredibly smooth. Additionally, my current property has been transferred to my friend, who will complete the remaining lease term—a fantastic outcome for the owner, ensuring continued rental income with no vacancy period until settlement. This truly is a win-win solution! I couldn’t be happier and will stay with Areal forever. Great work!

I'm a tenant in burwood. I really appreciate Mr. Mike Lu's help during this period. He helped us solve many problems. At the same time, positive working attitude and excellent communication skills make me think that he is an excellent and professional practitioner. Finally, thank him for his help.🙏👍 …

I recently leased a 1 BHK apartment in 865 Dandenong road, Malvern East, 3145, Caufield through AReal Properties, and I had a fantastic experience working with Ranjit Singh. From start to finish, everything was processed quickly and efficiently. Ranjit was extremely responsive and helpful with all of my requests, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Whether it was answering questions or handling paperwork, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
