We Love Our Clients

As renters, we have had a very good experience working with the Areal team! They have been the best real estate agency by far! Shout out to Josh for being super accomodating and facilitating a great relationship between us and our property's owner.

Best property management company we've ever worked with! The management of our property was transferred to Areal earlier this year when our previous property management company closed. We had a tenant who was not paying rent and continued to stay in the property despite multiple attempts to reclaim the property. Sallie did an amazing job with getting our property back, coordinating and organising all the cleaning/numerous repairs/safety checks and successfully leasing out the property. Throughout this process Sallie provided her expertise, advice and was very responsive to any communication. It was communicated to us when repairs were organised, when they were completed, attendance at the open homes, the condition report Sallie provided is the best I've seen and much more that we always knew what was happening. It has been such a pleasure working with Areal and Sallie and we trust that they will continue to manage our property well.

A great friendly and professional experience with Steven Wang and team that helped me to secure a rental apartment in the city that I have liked, very patient in taking through the apartment including the common areas more than once, prompt followups checking if I had further questions, clearly communicating the requirements in detail for applications submissions that helped with timely submissions and finally acting very promptly to close it out saving big time for all of us in the process. Steven’s experience was clearly evident in our conversations and instrumental for the successful outcome in a short time, thanks Steven, pleasure dealing with you.

I have been with Areal for a number of years now. Joshua Hellyer in particular has always been very communicative and always responded to requests in a very timely manner. I also went through Areal to sell my property - they made the whole experience seamless and kept me up to date with what was happening. Thanks Areal! I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who has a property to be managed.

I have been renting through Areal Property and Anna Mou, my property manager, has been fantastic to deal with. She’s professional, responsive, and always helpful, making my tenancy smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend Anna highly enough for anyone looking for reliable and caring property management. Thank you so much, Anna, for all your help and excellent service!😊 For real estate agent, Lisa Tsang is a lovely human being. She makes you feel that they care and actually willing to guide you through the process. Thanks to her too. 😊

We’ve been with Areal for a while now with multiple properties. Steven and Salie have been fantastic—super professional and always helpful. Areal is huge, with a massive renter base, and they always find us AAA renters. Highly recommend them to any property owners!
