We Love Our Clients

We just moved out from one of Steven’s properties due to a sale. He has always been fair and great to deal with. If you have anything else available, please let me know, Steven.

This is an excellent company. I would like to especially thank my property manager Steven Wang, who is always warm-hearted, proactive, and efficient. He responds quickly to my requests, helps me solve problems in a professional way,

As an owner, I experienced an AMAZING service for my rental property from Areal’s Senior Property Manager, Steven Wang. He found an ideal tenant for me within a short period. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on developments and stayed in touch regularly. He did thorough checks on prospective tenants and provided valuable advice on the market situation to enable me to position my property attractively. Steven has in-depth market knowledge and is professional in delivering the best service. He always returns calls promptly and goes out of his way to protect the landlord’s interests. I highly recommend Steven and Areal for property management services.

My property agent Steven Wang has been incredibly reliable and supportive throughout my lease. He always responded quickly to my requests, whether it was renewing the lease, updating the contract to include a new housemate, or handling property issues. Everything was dealt with clearly and without unnecessary delays. When maintenance problems came up, he arranged repairs efficiently and followed through until the work was done. His professionalism and dedication made me feel secure as a tenant, and I truly appreciate his efforts.
