We chose Alice Leong from Areal property as our senior property manager for our rental property. Establishing a brand new property is a big undertaking, and it was clear to us that Alice had the experience to help us navigate this process pre, during and post settlement and into tenancy. Alice was a clear stand out and her communication, excellent. In a market swamped with rentals, Alice has secured us with a lovely tenant in record time. Alice is professional, honest, trustworthy & prompt in her response time. We would highly recommend Alice to future property owners without any hesitation.
