A peace of mind with my property under care of Areal. The property managers are responsive and reliable with rental renewal cycles. They come to me instead of me going after them. Recently the property manager (Steven Wang) informed me that I have my bond money back for a default tenancy during covid period. I am pleasantly surprised that they follow this matter through for me without me reminding.

Just want to say since Areal have taken over the property I rent as a tenant they are a breeze to deal with. From my property manager Nick Ni, who is quick to respond to Shing Choo who conducted the latest inspection who was very friendly and thorough but remained very respectful of my privacy when taking pictures, always asking permission before touching anything.
