A peace of mind with my property under care of Areal. The property managers are responsive and reliable with rental renewal cycles. They come to me instead of me going after them. Recently the property manager (Steven Wang) informed me that I have my bond money back for a default tenancy during covid period. I am pleasantly surprised that they follow this matter through for me without me reminding.

Just want to say since Areal have taken over the property I rent as a tenant they are a breeze to deal with. From my property manager Nick Ni, who is quick to respond to Shing Choo who conducted the latest inspection who was very friendly and thorough but remained very respectful of my privacy when taking pictures, always asking permission before touching anything. A pleasure to deal with.

Kay Lim had an excellent property agent. I sold my Southbank apartment. He had the best effort with online auction- open inspection 2-3 times a week. he reported once a week how the market goes. Due to the same size apartment was sold too cheap, I had imagined the result would not good. However, It was just my worry. Kay Lim brought the best result, exactly the goal we discussed. I recommend him!!

Every time we have contacted for help our agent has been straight on it and getting us the help needed, every little issue as been resolved and we have no issue making contact or getting support. Our agents are all very good at keeping communication open and quick to resolve anything we ask.
