I got my property rented with Areal property. In the first few interactions itself Demi impressed me well by always being on time, timely follow-up, professionalism on content and knowledge on the property management. After signing up with the contract the way they communicate continued in the same way. My property had some delays due to few reasons but Ayda and Demi was so patient and worked on it to have a great tenant at the earliest possible. I should give special appreciation to Ayda who went above and beyond during the letting process and working with my builder to sort the issues without requiring me to follow-up.
