Ayda Badri is Excellent . Ayda's service was excellent. She is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She was the leasing agent for an eight bedroom rooming house so it was the same as leasing eight different properties. She was always punctual at all open houses and continuously communicated the results so we could make the correct decisions with respect to tenant selection. She further facilitated the background checks and signing of the leasing agreements in a very efficient and effective manner.

He was extremely professional, and considerate and compassionate when it came to inspections. When our house was sold he called us to inform us prior to us receiving the notice to vacate. This was highly considerate of him. He remained concerned about us a few week after our house was sold and offered advice and guidance.
