We Love Our Clients

Alice is an excellent property manager, responsive, helpful, and always professional. She addresses any concerns quickly and makes the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend. Shing Choo is also really helpful with all inspections and other maintenance issues

Renata and Rio from AReal Property have both been exceptional in looking after my best interests as a property owner. They have been reliable since day one before settlement of my property, liaising with my tenant, to executing the lease agreement. They are excellent and quick in their communication and have proved to be a high-quality property agent that I can rely on. Thanks Renata and Rio!

I have had a great experience working with Jessica and Rio at AReal. Even though we had some rushed timeframes to work with, the whole process has been incredibly smooth. As someone who has never rented out property before, they have been patient and explained everything along the way. They have been thorough and on top of all the finer details, which has relieved a lot of stress on my end. Communication has been responsive and clear throughout the process. I have been very happy with the service they provide.

I’ve been working with Shaun Young and Jason Low from Areal Property for several years now, and I can say without hesitation that their service has been consistently first class. I first engaged Shaun around 2020/2021 to handle the leasing of my Melbourne apartment. I’ve been extremely pleased with the quality of his work and his responsiveness — he’s professional, responsible, and always quick to follow up. In fact, I was so satisfied that I later decided to move my other Melbourne apartment to Areal under Shaun’s care. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive leasing agent. More recently, I worked with Jason on the sale of my apartment in Camberwell. Again, top-notch service from Areal. Jason’s advice on market strategy and positioning was excellent, and as a first-time seller in Melbourne, I really appreciated his patient guidance through every step of the process. He was always approachable, clear in his explanations, and genuinely interested in achieving the best outcome. If you’re looking for an agency that truly delivers — I highly recommend Areal Property. For leasing, speak to Shaun Young; for sales, you’ll be in great hands with Jason Low.
