In my many years of renting, I've never experienced the quality I have with Melbourne Property Managers. Their communication is always very clear and they respond to any enquiries within 24 hours which I've never had with previous agents. I'd very happily continue renting through Melbourne Property Managers.

I have been a tenant in a property managed by Melbourne Property Managers for the past 2.5 years now and my experience has been consistently positive. Communication is always open and clear, all requests are reviewed in a timely manner. Updates are provided where matters may require a little more time to resolve. The maintenance team are brilliant and treat urgent situations with genuine urgency, even in the wee hours of the morning which is when things invariably always go wrong. Katie has been a brilliant property manager and I highly recommend both Katie and Melbourne Property Managers for both tenants and landlords alike.

Melbourne Property Managers have looked after me for 4 years now, and out of all the agents I have dealt with in over 12 years of renting, they are the most professional, understanding and efficient I have dealt with. They always give plenty of notice for visits, action any maintenance issues immediately, and their attitude is friendly and positive always. They also have good property manager retention which is nice, so I am always dealing with people I know and trust. Will definitely use them when I purchase an investment property in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for an agency.

MelbPM have by far been the easiest and most efficient realestate i have dealt with. Fantastic service, and such a friendly team to work with.
