They also have good property manager retention which is nice, so I am always dealing with people I know and trust. MelbPM have by far been the easiest and most efficient realestate i have dealt with. Fantastic service, and such a friendly team to work with. I recall when picking up my keys being treated fantastically and MelbPM going out of there way to make my life easier! Once all moved in, MelbPM have been fantastic. Quick response when something goes wrong. Communication when a inspection is coming up is great. Much better then i have previously experience elsewhere. Lease payments are monitored and actioned as necessary. A courtesy phone call is always made to let me know of any maintenance issues or tenant concerns.
