My Fiancee and I have rented with Melbourne Property Managers for the past 2 years, and can honestly say this real estate has made renting easy! We have not had any major issues within the 2 years, and any minor issues have been dealt with promptly and always followed with an email to check in with how things are going. Our property manager Josh has been great with contacting us and keeping us in the loop with anything to do with the property. Would happily reccomend MPM to anyone, because for the first time we don't mind renting because of the great service we have received.

As a renter I've had a fantastic almost two years with MPM - Just wish you could take your property managers with you when you moved! Fortunately we didn't have any issues with the property but they were always so quick to respond to any queries we had and they have absolutely nailed their vacate process - it is so well coordinated. Have rented a property through Melb PM for the past two years. Inspection happened on time (and wasn't cancelled) and time between application and approval process was fast. As a tenant Melb PM are easy to deal with - have responded quickly to any maintenance requests or updates regarding the property. Very professional - advanced notice of inspections and you get a heads up when end of lease approaches. Highly recommend from a tenant's point of view. Also, their team at reception are a wealth of knowledge and know the business and agents back to front.
