Tahlia and the team at MPM are the best property managers I've ever dealt with. As a renter I actually felt like they cared about me, and I wasn't just a resource for them to market to a landlord. They have lots of tools like an app to send maintenance requests, easy payment with b-pay and more. Highly recommend. I honestly can't thank Tahlia enough for everything she has done to help me.

MPM have been managing the investment properties for myself as well as my daughter for the past 7-8 years. During this period, we never had any reason to seek any other Property Managers. We have been extremely happy and completely satisfied with the knowledge & professionalism of their staff members, their level of communication and they are always very courteous. Zerrin and the team @ Melbourne Property Managers have been AMAZING. I had been a tenant for 2 years and had no issues dealing with the property I was renting in. If a issue needed resolving, Zerrin would be onto it and would have it resolved within 2 business days at the latest. In addition, moving out of the property was an easy process. Zerrin's hard work should not be unnoticed and should be commended. 5 stars!
