My wife and I rented a property in Richmond for four years through Melbourne Property Managers. They have been great from initial inspection up until we vacated the premises to move into our own home. The staff are very professional and responsive. We were also able to easily switch from an annual contract to a month-by-month tenancy during the last year, as we were expecting to move out soon. The vacate process was very smooth and our bond was returned in full as well. Highly recommend them.

Just vacated our premises in Pascoe Vale that was managed by MPM, was such a great experience. The maintenance process via the smartphone app was extremely easy and very quick turnaround times for repair work. The team were always happy to take requests to the owner or help deal with issues with other units in our complex. Highly recommend the MPM team and Cassandra was a delight to deal with!
