Ayda Badri is Excellent . Ayda's service was excellent. She is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She was the leasing agent for an eight bedroom rooming house so it was the same as leasing eight different properties. She was always punctual at all open houses and continuously communicated the results so we could make the correct decisions with respect to tenant selection. She further facilitated the background checks and signing of the leasing agreements in a very efficient and effective manner.

Sani, who sold our house was accomodating to us as a family, always giving us adequate notice on inspections via phone or e mail. He was extremely professional, and considerate and compassionate when it came to inspections. When our house was sold he called us to inform us prior to us receiving the notice to vacate. This was highly considerate of him. He remained concerned about us a few week after our house was sold and offered advice and guidance. Sani was always wonderful and courteous to myself and my son, and a pleasure deal with. Ours was the first house he sold, so congratulations to him for being the best salesman! :)
