Great experience renting with MPM, with Kim as our property manager and Chris as our maintenance manager. Very smooth process when signing our rental agreement initially - especially great use of technology. Kim and Chris have also been very responsive and supportive for any maintenance issues, with excellent communication. Recommend MPM in a heartbeat. Thank you both. I have previously left MPM a review on their Facebook page but as I had such an excellent experience I felt I should leave one here as well. I have just concluded 3 years as a tenant with them and couldn't recommended them more highly. My property manager Kimberly was so professional, highly responsive and all around lovely to work with. Any minor maintenance issue I had (though there were very few) was dealt with promptly and without fuss. The end of my tenancy has also been easy and straightforward. I have had a really poor experience with a property manager previously and the difference is night and day. If I am ever leasing in the area again or in a position to own an investment property I will be coming straight back to you guys. Thank you!
