The first time we met her to organise the details of moving into the apartment she was honest with us and she had taken a lot of photos of the apartment already so we didn't feel like we needed to check everything. If ever i need to rent again or even rent my own property; I would absolutely want to deal with her beacuse she takes her job seriously and she is very fair.
