All I can say about Melbourne Property Managers is that a tenant will always be updated, responded, informed, and appreciated in all things with regards to your rented place. In my almost 6 years with this company, though I have come across 3-4 Property Managers in that span of time, all of them were just so professional and accomodating in dealing with tenants. Shoutout to Cassandra for being my Property Manager for the longest time and Kathy who recently was my contact person and did the bond refund so quick. I highly recommend renting through MPM. We've been renting with them for a bit over 3 years now and it has honestly been a great experience and we cannot recommend enough. Our property manager Kimberley Hsiang has been just lovely to deal with. She is super easy to reach, so friendly with us and quick to action our requests or issues. We are sadly finishing our lease and Kimberley was so kind by being our reference for the new place and the moving out process has been easy and straightforward. We would gladly come back to MPM in the future. Their service proves in their great communication, professionalism, promptly dealt of maintenance requests and excellent customer service. We have had our property managed by Melbourne Property Managers for 11 years. We have never had a problem during this entire time. The staff respond quickly to queries and also to Tenants requests. External contractors employed for maintenance are efficient and cost effective. The staff are professional , extremely approachable , up to date with all of the laws and regulations regarding property management and always keep you well informed. Statements are regular and comprehensive. You can really trust this company to do the right thing by you and your tenants. Also a big thanks to Tahlia, who over the last few years has managed our property, organised regular inspections and for always being readily available to answer any queries.
