I was very pleased with the 5-Star Service provided to me by AREAL Property in helping me find a new 1 bedroom apartment in South Yarra. My application process was swift and easy. Their electronic tenant service made it easy for all necessary documents to be signed. I want to specially mention the property manager Alex Zuo who went out of his way to make sure that my application process went as quickly as possible and for his A+ communication throughout. I also want to mention the Agent Helen Ly who provided such a fantastic inspection experience, she was able to answer all my questions and was available for conversation both pre and post inspection, while also giving me very honest and solid advise in regards to my application. Havnt had too much to do with Areal, but I have spoken with Helen Yi, one of the property managers multiple times and she has been such a massive help to me. She has taken time out of her weekends to assist me with my rental applications and I can't praise her enough. Thanks for all your support Helen!
