I have been with Areal Property (previously Melbourne Property Management) as a tenant since 2014 and they have been a great agency to rent through. I'm happy to report that they are very responsive and as a tenant I was easily able to raise repair reports. Their excellent systems allowed me to track approvals (from landlord) through to getting the repair actioned and finalised. Property Management companies often don't value tenants however I never felt that with Areal. For the past few year my Property Manager has been Kathy and she has been amazing. She's thorough in her inspections (a landlord would be lucky to have her manage their property) and yet approachable at the same time. She was always responsive. Overall happy to recommend Areal Property.
