AREAL has actually been one of the first agencies I’ve had a really great experience with. They are great communicators and really empathetic towards tenants to look after them not just as a tenant but as a human being. They help you to settle in and to have a good non-problematic leave when you choose to rent elsewhere. Luckily I didn’t have many maintenance problems in my apartment if any but I knew they would be dealt with well if they did arise. The only thing is that my apartment was a 30-40 minute train ride out of Melbourne CBD to the agency so the distance made it more difficult to collect keys/bring keys back etc/deal with any physical problems out of hours. But this is super small and didn’t massively affect my experience with them. Thank you to Jessie, Jessica and Phoebe who looked after me during my stay!

Justin and his team were amazing to deal with, he came highly recommended to us and he lived up to his recommendation and exceeded our expectations. We felt comfortable and there was no pressure to work outside what we were comfortable with and in our own time frame. The teams service from start to end was flawless and we had great communication and trust that they would get us a great result which they achieved.
