Have been in contact with agent Wing Ka since the inspection of my current new home with Areal. He’s such a great help, from answering any enquiries regarding leasing, showing other available units in the building, to post-approval guidance and help regarding general enquiries on utilities and building’s information as i’m moving in to my new home. In my case, after i was approved i was given an assigned property manager i should be in contact with moving forward during my tenancy. However, they’re really hard to reach, none of my emails were replied so far, and they don’t have a mobile working number given out for an easier contact (e.g. SMS). Fortunately, Wing Ka as has been very helpful and informative throughout the process of my application-to-tenancy so far. Thank u, Wing! :)
