We Love Our Clients

Excellent work and great service! Thank you so much Steven (big big thumbs up) and all the team, they have delivered very professional rental service. Steven has been helping me with the whole process and he can respond very quickly.

We were tenants for one of the properties that AReal took over as the real estate agent. There were a few maintenance issues that the previous agent did not manage well in terms of communication and getting it sorted but since Ayda from AReal took over, everything we needed resolved as tenants were taken care of. We had such a great experience having Ayda as our agent and she is a wonderful and professional agent to deal with. We had a few issues when it came to having to move out quickly due to the requirements of selling the property, but Ayda had supported and looked after us as tenants and we are grateful and thankful for her service.

Mr. Rio Bond has provided outstanding service in managing our property during the recent lease renewal process. He dedicated considerable time to researching current market trends and thoughtfully advised us on whether the existing rental rate remained aligned with comparable properties in the area. Mr. Bond ensured that both parties were given a fair opportunity to negotiate, facilitating open and constructive discussions that ultimately led to a mutually satisfactory agreement. Both we and our tenants were pleased with the manner in which the matter was handled, ensuring continued leasing stability and positive relations. Throughout the process, he consistently demonstrated kindness, patience, accessibility, sound judgment, and professionalism. We sincerely appreciate Rio’s hard work and commitment in his role as Property Manager for our property in Maribyrnong, and we would confidently rate his services five starts ***** :)
