Monty Gill is the property manager who handled our application. Being new to the country, it was quite a challenge for us to procure a place. We had been waiting for a couple of weeks for the results of our other applications. With Areal Property however, our application was handled swiftly and we were informed of our successful application in less than 24 hours! Not only that, Monty was quick to respond to any queries we had after we finalised the lease agreement! It's such a huge relief to be able to have our questions answered, especially when we are new to the whole area. Thank you Monty!

I had a great experience as a tenant with Areal property, specifically Monty Gill. He was easy to get in contact with and always thorough with anything that required follow up. Areal and Monty were very efficient with communications and getting any repairs actioned. Could not fault him as a property manager. He was also considerate with inspections given that I work from home. I wouldn’t have left if it weren’t for my landlord selling their property. The team are great!
