Drawn to AReal Property by its strong company culture, William is hands-on in his approach, managing properties with diligence and attention to detail. His role involves overseeing day-to-day property operations, maintaining clear communication with rental providers and renters, coordinating maintenance, managing arrears and representing clients at VCAT when required. His strong knowledge of relevant legislation ensures compliance is always handled with confidence and professionalism.

Known for being attentive and thoughtful, William prides himself on delivering consistent, high-quality service and building trusted relationships with clients. His objective is to continue growing alongside the business while contributing to the long-term success of the property management team.

William has studied Business Administration, International Business and Operations Management, providing a strong foundation for his structured and methodical approach.

Outside of work, William enjoys playing tennis, watching movies and travelling. A multilingual communicator and self-described part-time handyman, he brings both versatility and practicality to everything he does.
