Veronica Khoo is a key member of the AReal Property team, working across sales operations, administration and property marketing to enhance efficiency and elevate the overall client experience. With a real estate career spanning more than a decade, Veronica brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise and creative insight to her role.

Since commencing her real estate career in 2012, Veronica has worked across a wide range of roles including marketing, sales administration, Sales PA, sales operations, leasing and property management. Prior to this, she held a senior role as an Account Director within advertising agencies in Singapore, giving her a strong foundation in brand, communication and client service. This diverse background allows her to approach real estate with both a commercial and customer-focused lens.

At AReal, Veronica plays a pivotal role in re-engineering sales operations and administrative processes, including the implementation of AI tools to drive efficiency and support a higher level of service delivery. She also contributes to property marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and to a high standard.

Known for her solution-focused mindset and high emotional intelligence, Veronica is proactive, detail-oriented and highly collaborative. She is skilled at anticipating challenges and implementing practical solutions, while fostering a positive, supportive and high-performing team environment.

Veronica holds an Executive MBA with a background in Marketing and Commerce, supporting her strategic approach to operations and business improvement. She is passionate about continuous innovation and creating streamlined systems that benefit both the team and clients.

Outside of work, Veronica enjoys yoga, cooking and building strength through regular training. She has a passion for progressive and electronic music, loves exploring new restaurants and travelling, and enjoys weekend getaways around Victoria. A proud dog mum to three Cavoodles, Marlo, Leina and Juno, her camera roll is filled with her beloved pets, food and travel moments.
