Peter Zhang

Peter is a dedicated and thoughtful Relationship Manager who brings strong communication skills, logical thinking and a client-first mindset to the AReal Property team. Having progressed through leasing and assistant relationship management roles, Peter has developed a deep understanding of the property management process and the importance of building strong, supportive relationships with both rental providers and renters.

In his role, Peter manages day-to-day portfolio operations, working closely with property owners and tenants to ensure every interaction is handled with care, professionalism and attention to detail. He is committed to delivering high-quality service, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout every stage of the tenancy.

Peter’s strengths lie in his calm approach, empathy and ability to analyse and resolve challenges effectively. His goal is to continue expanding his portfolio, supporting a wider range of clients and contributing to AReal’s growing reputation for service excellence within the industry.

With a strong academic foundation that includes Bachelor degrees in Accounting from Dalian Jiaotong University and La Trobe University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Tasmania, Peter brings both analytical skill and business understanding to his work.

Outside of work, you’ll often find him at the gym, on the basketball court, or unwinding with music and a good book. A self-confessed amateur literary enthusiast and rock music fan, Peter brings quiet determination and just the right amount of passion to everything he does.
