Peter Zhang

Peter joined AReal Property in 2025 and has quickly established himself as a proactive and dependable member of the team. In his role as Assistant Relationship Manager, he supports senior relationship managers across all aspects of client service – from coordinating leasing and maintenance requests to managing communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors. His patient and steady nature ensures every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

With a background in building management and overseas education consultancy, Peter brings a unique blend of organisational skill and empathy to his work. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from both Dalian Jiaotong University and La Trobe University, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Tasmania.

Outside of work, you’ll often find him at the gym, on the basketball court, or unwinding with music and a good book. A self-confessed amateur literary enthusiast and rock music fan, Peter brings quiet determination and just the right amount of passion to everything he does.
