Penny is a dedicated member of the Areal Property team, joining in 2025 as a Leasing Specialist, while also in training for Property Management. Penny brings a fresh perspective and a commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients. Her responsibilities include conducting thorough routine inspections, identifying property issues, and providing valuable feedback to both property owners and Property Managers. Penny is also responsible for preparing detailed condition reports on behalf of the Property Managers, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and compliant.
Penny is currently training to transition into a Property Management role, which will build on her existing skills. Penny's primary objective is to make positive impact with her work, ensuring clients are satisfied and happy with the service provided. She is focused on building a successful and productive career in the real estate industry.
Penny is outgoing, friendly, and a fast learner who is passionate about helping others and meeting new people. Outside of work, Penny enjoys exploring new places with her partner and experiencing new restaurants and cuisines.
Penny's commitment extends beyond her professional role. Her upbringing on a Regional Victorian farm instilled in her a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A French speaker, she also enjoys unwinding with jigsaw puzzles and cheering on the Hawks!
