Olivia Maywald is a key member of the AReal team, working across Sales Operations and Administration and providing the structure, organisation and support that underpins a high-performing sales business. With broad experience across the real estate industry since 2017, Olivia brings a deep understanding of how each part of the business operates and how strong systems drive better outcomes.

Throughout her career, Olivia has worked across almost every role within real estate, including as a business owner, giving her a unique, end-to-end perspective on sales operations and administration. This breadth of experience allows her to anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly and implement processes that support both agents and clients. At AReal, her focus is on streamlining procedures, improving efficiency and helping the business grow in a sustainable and effective way.

Known for her highly organised and structured approach, Olivia is detail-driven, reliable and solutions-focused. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is valued for her ability to think quickly, communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities with confidence. Alongside her strong operational skill set, Olivia brings a warm, approachable personality, making her easy to work with and a trusted point of contact within the team.

Outside of work, Olivia is a proud mum to three girls who keep her busy and active. She is a very social person who loves trying new places, enjoys cooking and considers herself a passionate foodie. A devoted Collingwood supporter in the AFL and Liverpool fan in the EPL, Olivia also embraces her diverse background, with German, Irish and Chinese heritage.
