In his role, Michael oversees a significant portion of AReal’s rental portfolio while supporting and guiding the property management team to deliver exceptional service standards. His focus is on maximising asset performance, protecting long-term value and ensuring every property is managed with care, efficiency and clear communication.

Prior to joining AReal, Michael held a leadership position within a property management division, where he managed the company’s largest portfolio while mentoring team members and driving operational excellence. This experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of the industry and a practical, solutions-focused leadership style.
