Lucas Handley

Driven, dependable, and people-focused, Lucas Handley is part of AReal’s dynamic Business Development team, working closely with new investor clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. His role is all about preparation and precision, making sure every property is set up for long-term success before it transitions to its dedicated property manager.

Lucas began his real estate career in 2023 as a Leasing Consultant with AReal, quickly demonstrating his commitment to growth and excellence. Prior to real estate, he gained valuable experience across a range of industries, from sports officiating and fitness to cabinetry and sales, roles that honed his communication, diligence, and decisive nature.

Known for his stoic and action-oriented approach, Lucas thrives on meeting new people and learning new things. Outside of work, he’s a keen basketballer, still playing two competitive games a week and following his favourite team, the Chicago Bulls. He also enjoys golf, travelling, and spending weekends in regional Victoria with family.
